OUR HEAD OFFICES

BUSINESS SERVICE CENTRE 
The Goodyear & Dunlop Tyres support centre office is based in Richmond, Victoria.  Our main office is able to accommodate around 110 associates in an open plan layout that promotes cross-functional collaboration and interaction.

CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE 
Located in Truganina, Victoria the Customer Service Centre can seat around 90 associates, who perform a combination of delivering customer service contact, IT infrastructure and systems support, franchise management and distribution functions.

Our warehouse facility at Truganina is the largest tyre distribution centre in Australia.

EMPLOYEE ASSOCIATE PROGRAM
As part of our wellbeing program, GoodLife, we partnered with Davidson Trahaire Corpsych (DTC) to establish a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program.  The program is aimed at assisting our associates with work and personal issues and is tailored to help individuals develop positive strategies to resolve their concerns.  The various support services go beyond counselling to include dietitian services, manager assist and financial assistance.

EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS

Goodyear & Dunlop Tyres focuses on building resilience to help prepare for unexpected life emergencies.  Our global business continuity process includes preparedness, response and recovery during any incident.  Our focus and concern is for all our associates and business partners, facilities and business operations and ultimately to be prepared against a potential supply chain impact.
